How to Become a Certified Partner at InternetProfits?

A lot of exciting things have happened over the last week! After having decided to become an InternetProfits partner, I immediately took the first step. This last week has been all about going through this process and getting certified. And I’m so happy and honoured to say that I’m now officially a certified partner at InternetProfits!

Let me take you back to the start of this week.

The important call

In order to become a certified partner, you need to be approved by Dean and his team. So I had scheduled a call with John, one of Dean’s colleagues. No words can express just how nervous I was for this call. After all, it had the potential to change my life… and English isn’t exactly a language I’m completely comfortable speaking with, especially for something so important. But I was really well prepared and everything actually went quite smoothly. John was also a really great guy so that helped 🙂

Even before the start of the call I’d already decided that I wanted to become a certified partner, so I was very excited to hear that they also want to work with me! At the end of the call, I received the ‘go-ahead’ and I could actually start the process of becoming a certified partner! I was absolutely thrilled and wanted to start immediately!

The certification process

To become a certified partner at InternetProfits, you have to complete 8 modules. These modules contains video’s that give you all the basic information you need to understand how Dean’s sales process works and how you can get customers into this sales process (called The Ultimate Sales Funnel!). It was all so interesting to hear and I already learned so much!

One thing I learned, that really stuck out to me, is that you shouldn’t try out many different ways to get traffic into the sales funnel. Instead, you should just pick one free and one paid traffic method (or maybe two at most, but definitely not more!) and stick with it. Learn to become great in just that one method! This will really improve your results since becoming good at something really requires some time. So if you try out many different things for just a short period you won’t see the results you’re hoping for.

Maybe you’ve heard of the 20/80 rule before. This rule basically states that 20% of your efforts generate 80% of your income. You should, therefore, find out what tasks this 20% consists of and focus all your energy on this. In this case, I should focus all of my efforts on generating this traffic because that will give me the best results. Interesting right?

Realising your dream

Perhaps the most enjoyable part of the certification process was imagining what your dream life would look like. You have to think about literally everything you could want! What kind of house do you want to live in? What kind of car would you like to drive? What kind of vacations would you like to go on? For example, I would love to have a home with a beautiful view, a pool in my backyard, and I would love to go on a beautiful vacation to Australia!

You can really let your imagination run wild, which is absolutely amazing! It really helps you to always find the motivation to reach your goals 🙂

I feel like everything I’ve learned so far will be incredibly useful, not only for promoting Dean’s products (or other people’s affiliate products) but also for marketing my own webshops’ products. The marketing strategies that you learn have been proven to work so you can apply it to whatever you want! So no matter how you look at it, I will take away some amazing things from this adventure!
