It’s finally here! My very first blog. Thank you for taking the time to visit and read this blog. To be totally honest with you, I’m quite anxious about writing this blog. But at the same time, I’m very excited to be able to take you as a reader along with me on my journey through the world of affiliate marketing. Additionally, I’d like to tell you about my experiences with online entrepreneurship in general.

First of all, you’re probably wondering who I am. My name is Sandra Gouweleeuw and I’m 49 years old. Together with my husband Dennis, I have two (grown-up) children. After having worked as a nurse, I’ve been an online entrepreneur for the last 12 years. Would you like to read more about my story? Please go to “About Me” and read all about it.
What you can expect
In this blog, I will tell you all about what I’m doing online and give some information and tips along the way. I will share my experiences and thoughts about the world of online entrepreneurship and affiliate marketing, both positive and negative. This way, I’ll paint you an honest picture of this online world which will allow you to learn from my experiences. Of course, it’s always up to you what you’ll do with my tips and other advice!
Why now?
Even though I love being able to help people with my webshops, it hasn’t brought me the freedom I dreamed of, both financially and timewise. Whoever thinks that having your own business means that you’ll magically become rich is, unfortunately, very wrong. Online entrepreneurship means hard work which always comes with ups and downs. When you fall you have to get back up again. And learn from it.
Nevertheless, when you have the right drive, mindset and knowledge, I believe that the internet can be a beautiful place to earn a nice income and more freedom to be with my family. That’s why it’s time for a brand new challenge: affiliate marketing 🙂

My new and exciting journey with affiliate marketing is why I finally decided to start this personal blog. And for you, it’s a great opportunity to learn more about earning money online without needing to put in a big investment. Amazing right?
The person who inspired me to start with affiliate marketing is Dean Holland. He’s a great British guy with a wealth of experience in this area. Dean wrote a (FREE!) book about affiliate marketing called ‘The Iceberg Effect’. In this book, you’ll discover exactly how affiliate marketing works nowadays. Did I pique your interest?
